The Rex Christus College Community played host to her founding Proprietor, John Cardinal Onaiyekan on Friday, 3rd June 2022. During his visit, which began with the celebration of the Holy Mass, the Cardinal prayed for and inaugurated the new prefects for the 2022/2023 Academic session. After the Mass, he proceeded to bless and commission some completed projects in the College which included a standard Geographical Garden, a 75-seater capacity Conference Room, a state-of-the-art 60 capacity fully networked Computer/ICT Lab, new Biology and Physics laboratories and a modern Food and Nutrition kitchen.

The Cardinal proceeded to spend some fun time with the staff and students who thrilled him in march pass by the various houses in the College and several other side attractions. The College Community is grateful for the visit of His Eminence. See picture excerpts below.
