The Federal Road Safety Club is a body that seeks to educate students on general safety measures to protect themselves from danger and to avoid hazardous places and circumstances, especially when plying the roads.

The club inculcates in students, the discipline of desisting from rough and dangerous plays both within and outside the school.

Among others, the club helps students to

• become familiar with road signs, in order to help them use roads safely
• Learn the importance of using helmets and seat belts
• Understand why they must look both ways before crossing roads
• Learn to face the traffic when walking on the side of a road without a sidewalk
